As I saw the weight piling on and my clothes getting tighter I told my husband it was time for change, due to my long working hours making a proper evening meal wasn’t on the cards, so I made quick meals, sometimes unhealthy microwave meals just so we had something to eat.

Dieting Plan

Hi,

I thought it would be really important to share this crucial step with you, throughout all my weight loss attempts I only really achieved anything when I had a structure to follow and support me, what I truly believe is that once you see something you can improve that whether it be a goal or a problem.

The best one I have found was on a website called the 3D Plan,

Check out this Diet Plan.

When I bought it, it was half price and only £7.50.

It didn’t tell me what to eat or anything like that as it is not that type of plan. What it did do was give me a structure to help me learn what was stopping me and helped me to lose weight. If you do buy it use it wisely and be completely honest when completing in. Good luck and I hope it gives you the structure you need as it did me.
